APPLICATION
INTRAD REFLEX plate is designed to provide decorative protection to walls and doors. It is suitable for installation on:

Interior walls and partitions
Doors
Service counters
Plinths, displays, food and storage cabinets

DESIGN FEATURES
INTRAD REFLEX plate is a PVC-U extrusion, 3mm in thickness. Two depths of section are available: 200mm and 125mm.

INSTALLATION
Fix by means of double sided tape or suitable mastic adhesive, depending on substrate. General guidelines are as follows:

Double sided tape For:
emulsion and gloss painted substrates, painted, plated and polished steel, laminates, tiles, plastic and sealed woods.

Mastic adhesive For:
unsealed woods, sealed and unsealed plaster, sound brickwork, blockwork and concrete.

SPECIFYING AND ORDERING
INTRAD REFLEX plate can be supplied pre taped or un-taped. Cite the appropriate code reference as indicated in the following table.

DESCRIPTION

General
An economic, decorative protection plate. Protects doors, walls and other interior surfaces against
impact damage and wear. Manufactured from durable extruded PVC-U with embossed finish. Standard lengths 3m.

Performance
INTRAD REFLEX plate is resistant to impact, abrasion and to most chemicals. The PVC-U material has been British Standard tested for fire propagation and surface spread of flame (BS 476: Parts 6 and 7), achieving a Class 1 rating, and Class 0 in accordance with the Building Regulations.
