INTRAD REFLEX corner protectors are available in a variety of sizes and to suit 90º or 135º corner angles. They provide highly cost effective protection to exposed corners. Fixing is simple with double sided tape or adhesive.

DESCRIPTION
General
A versatile range of PVC-U corner protectors in a choice of sizes: 75mm or 31 mm. The larger size can be supplied to suit 90º or 135º corners. The 31 mm profile is also ideal for protecting reveals and door frames.

Performance
INTRAD REFLEX Corner protectors are resistant to impact, abrasion and most chemicals. The PVC-U material has been British Standard tested for fire propagation and surface spread of flame (BS 476: Parts 6 and 7), achieving a Class 1 rating, and Class 0 in accordance with the Building Regulations.

APPLICATION
INTRAD REFLEX corner guards are designed for decorative protection of 90º and 135º corners. The RCA-50 corner guard is also ideal for protection of door frames.

INSTALLATION
Fix by means of double sided tape or suitable adhesive, depending on substrate.

General guidelines are as follows:
Double sided tape
For: emulsion and gloss painted substrates, painted, plated and polished steel, laminates, tiles, plastic and sealed woods.
Mastic adhesive
For: Unsealed woods, sealed and unsealed plaster, sound brickwork, blockwork and concrete.
