| A resilient buffer that is extremely robust and
hard wearing INTRAD REFLEX D fender consists of a smooth, flexible PVC buffer section that engages over a rigid retainer screw-fixed to the substrate. The flexible PVC composition is extremely tough but highly resilient. It effectively absorbs impact but does not deform. |

General A stylish buffer system designed to protect walls and other surfaces against impact damage. Formed from PVC , INTRAD REFLEX D fenders are tough but particularly resilient and cushions the force of impact. System components The components of the total system are: D Fender profile Extruded PVC in standard lengths of 2m. Aluminium or polymer core Retainer over which the D fender profile engages. Standard lengths 2m. Endstops/Corner Pieces Moulded polypropylene. Designed to carry D fender around external corners and for termination at end of run. INSTALLATION INTRAD REFLEX D fender is screw-fixed to the substrate at 250mm centres maximum. Types and condition of substrate vary, so it is essential to use fixings that are appropriate for the substrate in question. Detailed fixing instructions are available on request from INTRAD Architectural Systems.
