| INTRAD IMPACT® Heavy duty skirting
(HDS) is perfect for low level protection against impact by pallets and
the like. Available in 3 metre lengths, INTRAD IMPACT Heavy Duty Skirting can be pre-drilled to customer requirements. Mechanically fixed HDS can be fixed to gently curving surfaces. Screw covers are available for discreet fixing. See fixing guide.  |

| INSTALLATION Before fixing INTRAD IMPACT® products ensure surfaces and substrates are sound. Take care to use mechanical fixings and adhesives that are suitable for the substrate in question. A full installation and survey service is offered nationwide via our experienced distributors. INTRAD IMPACT® profiles should be allowed to acclimatize on a flat surface for 24 hours before fixing. Fix using steel expansion bolts and washers. Mark fixing positions and drill the substrate. Insert the steel expansion bolts as required. Offer up the profile and engage the projecting steel anchors. Tighten the bolts to complete the installation. INTRAD IMPACT® profiles can be supplied pre-drilled on request. Please supply a schedule indicating required drilling positions |

| Internal and external corners can be formed by cutting on site. Special care should be taken when cutting or drilling. Factory formed internal and external corner pieces are available. Bolt bungs can be supplied upon request | |||
